Actions Report Data Selection
An actions report will, by default, include every cost item in your cost breakdown structure which has at least one action associated with it. Data selection refers here to the selection of a subset of those cost items. For example, you might select a particular family of cost items for an actions report.
Selection of individual actions by their properties, such as due date or actionee, is done via the Basic Design page.
The Actions Report Designer Data Selection page provides the standard 3-level data selection process. Unlike the Cost Register Report Designer, there is no need for pre-selection of cost items with data in them, because cost items without any associated actions are automatically filtered out of actions reports.
