All non-cost impacts can have associated costs. For example, a schedule delay might of itself result in additional costs because idled equipment must still be paid for whether it is being used or not.
No Effect on Assessment Level
The magnitude of the cost associated with a particular non-cost impact assessment will not have any affect on the assessment level itself.
Associated Cost Scales
The process of associating a cost with each level of a non-cost impact may be automated by creating an associated cost scale. This will cause an appropriate cost value to be introduced whenever a particular level is selected for that impact.
Introduced values may be manually changed if required.
